If a deal seems too good to be true it likely is. There is a large amount of counterfeit electrical equipment, ranging from breakers to receptacles to conduit, finding its way into the market today. Though these items may seem benign it is easy for them to cause significant damage, or even loss of life. The failure of non UL components and their damages is also rarely covered by insurance providers.
Beware of counterfeits. They could cost you.
